The Arthur O. Eve Higher Educational Opportunity Program, also known as the Niagara University Opportunity Program (NUOP), is a program designed to assist academically underprepared and financially disadvantaged New York state residents. Students interested in this program should check the box on the undergraduate admissions application form.
